Benjamin is a certified Prosthetist/Orthotist committed to improving lives with advanced care. He graduated from the ABC-accredited Newington Connecticut Orthotics and Prosthetics Program and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from Weber State University.
Benjamin trained at Yale New Haven Hospital, gaining skills in orthopedics, neurology, and rehabilitation. Since 2010, he has specialized in treating amputees and patients with mobility challenges, using technologies like microprocessor-controlled prostheses. Before patient care, he designed robotic prostheses as an engineer at Motion Control.
He has provided care on humanitarian trips to Ukraine, Poland, and the Philippines, helping upper- and lower-extremity amputees. Benjamin also teaches a college course in Prosthetics and Orthotics and mentors trainees. He is certified by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics (ABC).
